Coddiwomple Trailblazer

The Nordic countries offer almost the perfect landscape for a modern mystic—steaeped in Viking history, shaped by Norse mythology, and surrounded by wild nature that whispers of the unseen. My country of origin is Denmark, but the world is my oyster.

I am more than a contemporary mystic. I am also a therapist (specialising in hypnotherapy), a spiritual director and guide for those who find themselves wandering through life’s deepest questions. Perhaps the title that captures me best is Coddiwomple Trailblazer—one who journeys with purpose through unknown territory toward a destination that reveals itself only along the way.

My work often revolves around the transpersonal issues such as the Dark Night of the Soul, of which I am a Subject Matter Expert, that profound spiritual depression which, if embraced, can become a doorway to significant transformation.

I draw upon many different frameworks and consider myself for very knowledgeable within the areas I work in. Some frameworks are explicitly spiritual—such as Kabbalah and Hermetic philosophy. Others are inspired by diverse traditions, including Hinduism, Buddhism, and mystic streams across cultures. Labels, however, don’t hold me. Try to put me in a box, and you’ll quickly discover: I don’t fit.
